Redimed/ Any Lab Test Now

Has anyone had to do screens here for family court/custody case? I should be clean, but it all depends on when she asks me to take it. I get a 24 hour notice once the ex requests it. I know it’s a 10 panel and these are the places I take it. Beyond that I’m clueless. I have obviously stopped right away…Do these locations monitor your urine screen?

Whenever I’ve done pre-employment at redimed they don’t come in the room and watch. Do they have the ability to do so not being a government run facility? I thought only probation, courts, etc watched you pee. I didn’t think it happened at 3rd parties. If anyone has experience please share!!

It’s been almost two decades since I took one at a for-profit facility; so, I can’t speak to current policies and procedures, but the one time I did attempt a swap and the sample was too cold to accept, they said they would proceed with the physical and the physician wanted to conduct a “hernia exam” in which he never placed a hand on me, only asked me to expose myself. I didn’t use a prosthetic; so, I wasn’t concerned, and I don’t know what would have happened if I had. A lot of tests also check for preservatives and signs of refrigeration. Cessation, overhydration, electrolyte replacement and B vitamin supplementation are the best practices I’m aware of, but I’m certainly no expert.
