Long story short I got bad in hospital now im out with chronic pain and a super fast reduction in pain relief causing wds.

I've tried to find cheap SR/O-DSMT but it's all crazy resale prices or not international. I been in the international sections for weeks and only 1 decent supplier who has barely anything. Any suggestions, Thanks for any help <3
