‘O-PCE’ has confusingly been used to refer to two different compounds:
2-Methoxy-PCE (an ortho-methoxy analog of PCE), and N-Ethyldeschloroketamine (2-Oxo-PCE), a ketone analog structurally closer to ketamine.
2-Methoxy-PCE is a methoxy analog, not a ketone analog. It lacks the ketone group that defines compounds like ketamine, 2-Oxo-PCE, or 2-FDCK.

I was explaining this distinction because it was suggested that this ‘O-PCE’ going around could be similar to 3-MeO-PCP, which also does not have a ketone group. However I could be dead wrong about what this is, it really comes down to what the COA says.
 
so i tried it last night took about 15mg through the nose felt some dissociation and scattered thoughts no euphoria though an hour later took 10 more that’s when it became more noticeable it was harder to walk and get a strong sense of deja vu still not much euphoria but felt pretty cozy ended up falling asleep throughout the night for the first time in months which was amazing overall it is pretty decent
 
This one is not a winner in my book. First off the material has a very strong and unpleasant odor. This was suspected to be dmso left over from synth but it was tested and no dmso found so the reason for the garlic tinge is currently unknown. It makes this unpleasant to consume, the half life is extremely short 1 hour and it's over basically 1 hour 30 minutes your back at baseline. It felt shallow, metallic, lonely, cold, and sinister. Just reporting back what I and a partner of mine experienced with this one. Mxpcp is coming soon hopefully that will be the one.
 
I'm just gonna drop in here and say that I had ordered some O-PCP a while ago, and honestly it kind of was just moved to the bottom of the queue of things to try because the reviews were not stellar.

I finally got around to try it and I'm definitely gonna order more!

I like ketamine, and this shit has all of the bells and whistles of ketamine (and then some) but at something like 1/5 the dosage! It's drawback is the same as regular ketamine in that it's pretty short, but it makes up for it because it can get you absolutely hammered in the best way possible.

I'd been fucking with MXPCP and 2-FXiPr, and I like them both, but I think I still prefer good old 3-HO-PCP (nothing beats that). And then there's this poor forgotten baggy of O-PCP that didn't get the attention it deserved. My favorite disso body load of all time is O-PCE, but I actually don't keep that one around because it causes me to be too manic. Every. Single. Time. I dose O-PCE I do something I regret. I even manic-flushed the little O-PCE I had left; I don't really regret my decision. It was great shit (fucking fire), just not for me.

I've done both oral and boof RoA. Boofing it produces similar sensations to booking ketamine: it hits you like a truck all at once. I was going out with a buddy, and I thought it would be a good time to try the O-PCP, so I boofed about 70mg before my friend showed up to pick me up. (I had dabbled a bit with it in smaller doses before) When he got there, I told him I needed to lie down for a few minutes before we could go anywhere because I was essentially holing (wasn't expecting 70mg to put me quite that far). I laid in bed for perhaps 20 minutes, and then I got up and we were good to go. He drove, of course. I loved every minute of it even though I was not at all functional. By the time we got to the party, I was feeling pretty normal and ready to converse - the O-PCP did not do much for me at the party itself. I wish I had brought more.

Not sure why this one doesn't get more love. Maybe people are doing too little? Its literal only drawback (in my opinion) is that it's too short. But shit, that can also be an advantage: you could do a massive dose of O-PCP and enjoy the hell out of your evening, and you'd likely be right as rain the following morning. Like ketamine, it doesn't really seem to prevent me from sleeping after the majority of the effects have worn off. I fucking love the way it makes my scalp tingle as it comes on - it's like ASMR on the folds of my brain. Also, unique to this one: it gives me the fucking munchies like a weed edible would. Never had a disso do that before, though I've been known to enjoy ketamine in my wine with dinner.

Hot take: O-PCP is the most slept-on disso of 2025. I was relatively unimpressed with MXPCP. 2-FXiPr is neat, though; not my favorite disso, but I quite like the CEVs it gives. O-PCP takes the cake for body load.

Thanks for the report! Thorough, and encouraging. I think the short duration can be a benefit for sure. Sounds like a pretty unique one

I really liked it personally. It felt AMAZING body wise. Short duration which is nice. Garlic smell is sorta wack but whatever. I tried multiple ROA's and they all were pretty good.

It's not in my top 5 dissos or anything, but I definitely enjoyed it.
