I have not had good experiences with the company. I ordered 5g nep but haven't received anything yet. I'm being put off and asked, like a scammer, to pay more money, then my order will be shipped.

Some customers haven't received their orders. As always, we'll send a free reshipment 20 days after the last movement on the tracking. We ship a lot of orders every month, so things can happen.
One of our customer service representatives charged a customer an additional €20 to send the reshipment via DHL instead of PostNL. This has been discussed internally and will not happen again.

If any Euro-Chem customers are dissatisfied, please let us know here, as we're always committed to resolving any issues​

Got the package today here in Croatia, finally found a legit vendor.
The prices are a bit high but I guess that's understandable since the July RC ban in NL, most of other vendors closed, thx for sticking around!
