MDMB-4en-PINACA is an indazole-based synthetic noids that has been sold online as a designer drug. MDMB-4en-PINACA differs from 5F-MDMB-PINACA due to replacement of 5-fluoropentyl with a pent-4-ene moiety (4-en).
It acts as a potent agonist of the CB1 receptor with an EC50 value of 2.47 nM.

Hey man this is what I've been getting for half a decade but my guy dropped off the map I don't ask for much just a small piece of paper or one small j I'm good for a couple thousand a month between my people but I'm sorry but I lost five thousand dollars finding my vendors but my k guy is gone but if you can and snail mail it I will definitely be coming back and go to a couple gs to s half to zips then after I see that you are a real vendor who wants to eat regularly instead of hot and runs
