Feel bad for dude as it seems like he has had a bad personal issue for awhile (maybe he is too big of a fan of his own supply?). And when gets himself sorted he tries to make it up to everyone with extras but he can never catch up.

Also don't think his 2 biggest suppliers disappearing has helped things either.

You're right, he has had and been a stellar guy and vendor and producer for at least a year and maybe a half (at least from DBG).... Nothing bad that never got fixed... But yeah, sounds like something went down obviously and it would be hard to come back from. Having to make everything good again and then also try and run everything regular.... It not that I don't think ppl would accept that or be forgiving, but just as your saying, when he always hooked up extra to make up for, but then this being a time where it would be hard ... Maybe it will just be a "new" start from scratch situation in the future... Either way I didn't lose too much in my last order. I feel bad and wish the best for anyone who had those large orders/money that may be gone or in limbo for awhile.... It's crazy, you can rely for years and then all the sudden something like this happens. It would be like getting your insulin from Walgreens and then a bad market hits the economy and all the sudden Walgreens who got your meds is no more, and you gotta find someone and a whole new system...

I would just stay clear until you start hearing orders resuming.! Yes, he has always been reliable in the past, and has come back too hook ppl up, always.. but this is a much longer and to a bigger scale... It could be that time at a lady grab for cash. I mean if you're already going out in this fashion, who's to say to not grab as much extra cash to keep you going or retiring even and then poor...v just please NO ONE order anymore until you know things are or aren't getting fixed or sent out ... And I'm Rifts biggest fan (matter of speech, not literally). I always vouched for him and told ppl to hold tight and helped him in what seemed to be rough over worked times... Just by settling ppls "over whelmed" reactions or emotional responses.... But I would just say hold off everyone. Even the Admin made that statement somewhere on here. Don't place an order and "hope". Just wait or go elsewhere until it did (hopefully, as he was one of my guys on here) get fixed up...

Hey guys. I apologize I was supposed to be back home on friday but had to extend a few days and just got back to the office.

Sending out all packs today and including an extra $100-200 worth of product depending on how late your order was/size of order. I will also get to everyone here who has a missing order or item and refund or reship with extra depending on what they want.

Communication will be back to daily again and so will shipping. My sincerest apologies for anyone who was left in the dark this last week.

Several set backs and issues that I had to deal with in the last few weeks that I cannot be public about but rest assured everything is fine on our end and will resume as normal today.

DM's/emails will be responded to after I add tracking to orders in the next hour.

Feel free to shoot me a new email if yours is a couple days old if you want it answered sooner.

I think he is super BACKED UP.. I'm not saying that it is or isn't his fault or who's to blame her who is in it. I have no idea what happened. But I think that he was almost on the verge of having to give up or doing a lot a lot of work to catch up and to get back in the good graces and back to being just regular busy. Then, he would have to work to get caught up to someone normality and then hopefully he can, I don't know what reasoning or what was going on in his life, just get to a state where he is running pretty normal or normally a little bit late or standard issues. Can always learn from either whatever happened fixing it and trying to not let it happen again, when he does get caught up figuring out what to do to not get so overwhelmed and to cover the workload stuff like that but that's just speculation. But since he's come back online and is talking I have no doubt in my mind that you will get your packages and items and he will probably throw in a lot of extra for the inconvenience.

Definitely sent emails and DM and never got response(s)... I even just wrote it off and offered (since my order had 4metmp which you are out of) many options of just doubling a similar priced item I already had as part of the order, a complete refund, or partial refund. Trying to make at least my part easier so you can get back to normal.

I placed an order on 12-17 and received a message 12-18 saying it was "sending from **** today" Still as of right now there is not tracking info for my order uploaded to your website. Just wanted to drop a line for Rift. He was the first RC car enthusiast I reached out to since back in early 2000’s when Operation WebTryp took down the free flowing clear net market. We had an issue on my first order that was no fault of his and he went out of his way to make it right and also included freebies.

I’ve had multiple subscriptions the last 2 months and every one was pretty smooth, about 10 days from start to arrival. And there was always extra in the form of freebies.

Whatever is happening in his life, give him some grace and patience because at the end of the day he’s not out here ripping people off for fun. Solid vendor and albeit very expensive and slow to respond, all subscriptions came through as described and with extras. I’ll definitely be back and it looks like he will be ready.
