Yeah, unfortunately this is one of the oldest tricks in the book.
Step 1: claim to have rc everyone wants
Step 2: free samples, except pay x amount for "shipping."
Step 3: send bs tracking number.
Step 4: profit & ghost.

This has happened many times with vendors now on the blacklist. @Admin

Interestingly i asked about another item on the menu for pricing and was told it was out of stock. Which leans toward legit since with scammers everything is available.

As to the product i ordered it’s not one of the crazy impossible ones commented on by another member but 4F-MPH. Which i did not realize at the time i could get domestically. So that’s all the info i have i can say they are surely good on communication. Hope it works out for you.

They told me I might have to pay additional fees at changing point so I dont know what that means. I was asking them about shipping fees.

That's terrible. Is it at least the same state? Did they say they will reship?

I just checked the tracking number and i shows delivered and the picture is not my place. So it was addressed wrong or fedex screwed up. Either way looks bad. I just sent an email so we will see. Something got delivered to somewhere in my town so if it’s a scam it’s a goofy one. Either way i’m out my money.

same thing happened to me when I ordered from this guy.it got delivered to the wrong house in my town.is it a gray house?

This is a common tactic used by scammers. This has happened many times before with "vendors" aka scammers who are on the blacklist. I highly suggest no one sends this person money. @Admin this is the same thing that happened with @Proton
 
Proceed with CAUTION, there have been no solid landings.

Wow that's terrible...I hope they make this right. Let us know if they email you back... it got delivered to your town so that would be weird to scam and send it to someone else. I don't think they would be able to know someone in everyone's city...

But why would scammers send it to the wrong house in the same city? Shipping from cn is expensive so I find it odd to ship something out to a random person's house. I don't understand how that works. Why not just not send anything if scamming?
 
I ordered a magazine on a Friday and was told I’d receive tracking within 24 hours. I didn’t receive a tracking number until Tuesday.
When I checked the tracking, it showed delivery scheduled for later in the week. A few days later it was marked delivered, but the delivery photo was clearly not my house. I contacted FedEx and opened a misdelivery case, then notified the seller.
The seller responded saying they had accidentally given me the wrong tracking number and provided a second one, claiming the first belonged to someone else in my small town who ordered similar material at the same time. The new tracking shows a completely different route and origin.
This is not something I’ve experienced before, and the explanations feel questionable. I’m waiting to see how it resolves, but I’d recommend caution until there’s a clear outcome.

Exactly, makes no sense. but the tracking number i was given showed delivery to my city with a picture of a package about as big as a shoe box. so i sure cant figure it out. the latest communication today is that he sent me the wrong fedex number ??? so it makes no sense. just so happened to send me a fedex number to an address in my city (small) ? i have been ripped off well over 10 times so i know the drill. after they get the money you are ghosted. i willl keep you posted.
