Hello world! So grateful to be a part of this community. Just beginning to dip my toes into this digital space, and I was wondering if anyone out there has had any luck recently with psychotherapy medications. If so, what were your experiences. I struggle tremendously with PTSD, and traditional medications just haven't been cutting it. Being new to this space, I'm not sure where to begin. Thank you, everyone, and much love!

What do you consider psychotherapy meds? I've seen people around here mentioning they had PTSD and took something for it but can't recall. I've been told I am oversensitive to psych conditions/disturbances, from early trauma and way too much L$d many yrs ago which has caused me untold stress over the years and I find L0r@zepam for sleep and D1az3pam for (whatever it is) does the job. Just a .5mag and 5mag of each, adjusted for need but not recreation.

The best place to begin is just read ... this place is not a library where everything is kept in neat rows. Have you had a look at blul1ght (.) org? They are pretty good on the medicinal side of things, form the subjective pov. There are probably others.

Thank you! And yes, I have checked BL out. Great resource. I'm just beginning to experiment with treating my PTSD, so generally just curious what everyone's experience has been. I hear the term psychotherapy thrown around quite a bit, and I figured I'd start there. I foresee quite a bit of reading in my future!
 
ꀘꍟ꓄ꍏꂵꀤꈤꍟ therapy is a thing if you can look around and find it. I've heard great things about the people who have tried working with it. Be safe and trust your doctors never do anything that might be outside of the realm of what works for you. Life is a great thing and we should respect our bodies for how hard they work to keep us around. Welcome to the forum!
