Is it nornal to get tracking on a weekday but not be picked up yet for 3-4 days. It says shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package. Im not complaining or woried at.all just new to this vemdor and wanted yalls imput since I see 3 day deliveries alot. Im am happy.to have tracking.i must say as I usially.dont get that luxury.

We have gotten really big over the last year and when we drop off packages we spread them out, some places we drop off are slow and they dont do their job very well for the sake of speed, packages just stay piled up for a few days esp when we drop off 100+ packages.

We always guarantee delivery if it doesnt show delivered or stay stuck for an extended period of time.

Thanks for the reply I am juat excited for such goodness I guess hopfully it will be sent out this next week.
 
placed an order for a deem pen recently, eagerly awaiting it. we had trouble with the automated system registering our crypto payment (sent a bit extra in case of transfer fees/price flux, but we read too late to only pay exactly the amount listed), however it was resolved in less than an hour. very pleased so far

we were a bit befuddled at the option to make an account and pay with card. though an earlier post from FOG on behind-the-scenes OPSEC was reassuring enough for us to make an account for convenience's sake. that said, we will prefer crypto for payment

The pay with card version is pretty neat. What we are using is a crypto on-ramp that lets you buy crypto with a card, and they send the crypto to the wallet we tell them via our automated system.

nothing gets tracked or saved (makes it more difficult to help with issues sometimes) but we feel its best this way.

Some banks dont let you buy crypto with a credit/debit card so it fails a lot of the time but when it works it works very well.

Just as I suspected. Your tracking was already automatically emailed to you and staff sent it again. Check your spam box.... Also communication has been spot on with you via email.

I think next time you might want to pick a different vendor to work with, I don't think we are a good fit together at this point.

received the d-pen recently, fast shipping. works as expected, no issues thus far. very pleased and curious as to other products now

Lovely to hear! For sure give the cactus a try. We try to steer people there instead of the fungi since its a lot more loving, lasts longer, and overall its just simply REAL medicine.
 
Anyone else in the same boat? I placed an order on 2/18 and haven't received any emails or been able to get in touch through email, support ticket, and finally a DM. I'd place a new order if I thought it'd show up by the weekend.

We go through periods where people tend to place shitloads of orders all at once and back us up. we should be all caught up by this weekend.

We are also working to hire more staff here soon to help with this backup issue.

Just wanted to reply to my earlier comment on waiting to try products. They all arrived very quick and have been amazing. Im so glad to see real vendors with real variety and great reads on here these days.
