Hi,
I'm joining again after being away for a while, and while I'm happy to donate, every time I'm told that I have an account and to move the funds from there before doing anything. I've got CashApp support confused by this, and I'm at a loss. I can't buy Bitcoin with random $ already on CashApp.
I may have had a tiny amount on Kracken at one time, but I found it impossible to get support after months of trying to get a human, and abandoned the account.
I have a feeling that's where the problem lies, but I have no idea about that account on an old device I no longer own.
I've spent hours reading the posts on here, and if this has already been explained, I apologize. Do I need to set up another bank? I have other emails.
Any time/help is greatly appreciated.
