Exactly. That’s the point people seem to be missing. I’m not just making accusations I literally have the evidence. I recorded a full video of the package being opened from start to finish, and the product never leaves the frame at any point. There’s no cuts, no edits, nothing off camera. Everything is documented.
I even sent the video directly to ROI so he could see it himself and images. But he swears it’s “fake and impossible”
Instead of acknowledging the possibility of a mistake or trying to resolve the issue like any normal vendor would, he’s just hiding behind denial and gaslighting, acting like the evidence doesn’t exist. At that point it stops looking like a misunderstanding and starts looking like someone refusing to take accountability.
Like you said, this really isn’t rocket science. If a customer provides clear proof there’s an issue, the logical move is to make it right and move on. Happy customer, problem solved.

But instead, we’re getting excuses, deflection, and thread spam to bury the situation. That speaks for itself.

Is this really how a “perfect vendor” treats his customers? UPS literally told me in their data system. The package weighed 2.2 ounces if it would’ve contained what I ordered it should’ve weighed 2.6. but he claims he’s perfect never makes mistakes what a joke.

This is not how a good/legit vendor handles things. So disrespectful so rude and has the biggest ego I’ve ever seen. You don’t gaslight your customers and tell them they’re a scammer. Literally the customer is always right.
Had absolutely zero issues with PD and Apollo.

This is a blatant lie. I have so much proof that you sent me the wrong amount and it’s funny how I call you out on your bullshit and now other people are speaking up too. I tried to solve this with you rationally I sent you a video of me opening the package, pulling it out taking apart your packageing. It looked short so I scaled it all on video by the way. The MD never left the frame and you sent me 4 Md mags. You did not send 14 like you were claiming I have so much proof that you did not. I went to my local post office had them look up the tracking number and tell me the weight of the package. It was 2.2 ounces in their system. if it really had the 14 you’re claiming you sent it would’ve weighed closer to 2.6 ounces. That right there doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out look at your packing slip. Look at your tracking. You will realize that you fucked up. SHOW me the label with my name you can’t simply it’s as you say “impossible”.

After that, I weighed everything individually the mylar bag, the outer envelope you shipped it in, the wrapping, the vacuum seal, and the product. When everything is added together, it perfectly matches the 2.2 oz USPS recorded weight.

Now let’s use basic logic. If the package actually contained 14g like you claim, the total weight would have been closer to 2.6- 2.7 oz. That’s simple math and simple shipping weight. So here’s the obvious solution: post the packing slip showing the shipment weight. If you really sent 14g, the weight would reflect that. But you won’t do that, because it would prove the opposite of what you’re claiming. You can keep repeating that you “always send 14+” and that it’s “impossible” for someone to receive 4g but the reality is mistakes happen.
