Had a similar experience. Unfortunately idiocy and ignorance doesn't listen reason and evidence. They'll just profile whomever has even the slightest correlation to Lebanon (i.e an Arab google searching Lebanon is immediately flagged). It's such a shame that is-not-real exists and people have to suffer in the hands of "Jewish" nationalism.
