I agree. I feel like expectations are kinda unfairly one-sided when it comes to publishers:readers. Readers are always expecting above and beyond publishers. "Why aren't they responding in borderline real time?!" "I don't understand how you are keeping yourself, and us as readers safe with 0p$ec, gimme tracking immediately!" "What do you mean you don't have top tier connects to every post office, if they're not moving things along?!" Sure, I understand wanting the best! But, as readers, sometimes we don't necessarily present ourselves as quality. If we expect "the best", a little effort on our end, as readers, needs to be made towards showing the same qualities we expect to see. Honesty, clarity, and in cases of unforseen issues, a little understanding and kindness. Just my opinion though, so... Likely doesn't matter much.Appreciate all of the love and support. Guys, keep in mind the nature of the business. We are not Amazon and never claimed to be. Quite sure the same people who rush here to report about not receiving in record time or not getting reply right away, don't go on other forums to complain about Amazon every time there is a delay... Or any other retailer for that matter. Groceries? Nope... No one goes to report late delivery! Somehow, every hiccup is reported here. I mean if I were a vendor confident in my services I would say something like "Let me give you a chance to change your mind" or "I am truly sorry for the delays, everyone who ordered will receive double to make up for the wait", not what ammounts to "if you don't like the way I'm doing things, go fuck yourself and I won't explain myself" and "I don't want your money if you if you dare to be critical of me on an online forum literally set up to review vendors. Give it to one of my many competitors".And you will be much better served finding yourself a vendor who can meet your expectations. If you don't like people being honest about their experiences with you either A. don't open yourself up to it, or B. do what it takes or make the changes necessary so that people have only good things to say. But maybe instead of taking it so personally and being so obtuse about it, try reassuring the people who have ordered or are thinking about it. It's a forum full of pages of verified (and speedy) vendors. People WILL shop elsewhere, everybody will.
