Got off of 32mg suboxone using Kratom powder

I was only on them for one month. I ended up doing a rapid taper. I was on 32mg for 2 weeks and started cutting down to 16mg to 8mg until 2mg and hopped off and started using high doses of kratom powder every few hours instead. Helped a lot with the withdrawals but the diarrhea was bad but I feeling pretty normal to some degree. Planning on weaning myself off of kratom powder also. Even if I stay on kratom I wouldn’t mind, better than being on subs. Definitely don’t want to be on suboxone for the rest of my life, especially since I’m from the Philippines where there is no suboxone or methadone, not even opioids. I’m just visiting the US and ended up getting hooked on 7oh smh so a doctor prescribed me 32mg suboxone a day. 7oh was horrible. I made the right decision getting off of subs within a month or else I would have been stuck on it and wouldn’t be able to go back home where my life is.

Which Kratom is best to use? And how much do you take?

I like green kratom. But it is known that red, especially Red Bali is best for opioid withdrawals. I prefer green though. And for suboxone withdrawal I had to take high doses around 15g at first. I am down to 7.5g now

Are you on Suboxone?

Don’t take kratom from smoke shops, in my experience smoke shop kratom sucks. Especially me being from Southeast Asia and being on kratom for 8 years I know what good kratom is. I get mine from the Happy Hippo website when I am in the US

That is so funny that’s the place I ordered it from but each pill is only 1g I think. I’m too nervous to try it because I take tramadol currently. I hear that increases seizure risk. I ordered a ton of red to help go off odsmt but instead used tramadol. It helped but id rather use something natural for awhile even if it has effects going off it. Thanks for replying.

Do you know if the place you get it from, or any place (or anyone can answer this I would be very grateful) that is either willing to ship it, or just does ship it (some say they don't, but still do. And then there are some that don't specificly say rules or say "it's up to person to check their specific local laws", blah blah, it's really just a mechanism to ship it to places where it is technically banned, whether it be city or county's or entire states)... I live in Wisconsin and I'm close to Minneapolis, but I don't want to drive 1.5 hr there to get at head shop, and/or yes I do know the concept of getting a PO Box or getting a "mail/ package drop off" at locations "where it's fully legal", and then someone could set up a pick up from that location where laws and regulations are different.

But I Have 1 very good source right now. It is great product and it is shipped to me on Wisconsin. But it worries me VERY MUCH that one day he/they will stop and I'll be f***ed... So I would LOVE if you or someone could help out. Maybe I'll put this into its own headline and ask the entire community.

I am also, lol, about to start using it to get off suboxone. Not because it's illegal in my country, i am from USA, but because I stupidly used to be in it for treatment resistant depression, and it worked wonders because I was never an opioid addict. So for 3-4 years it worked great, just 8mg in the morning (now I also know how bad it is for your teeth, like terrible. Especially for ppl like me who obsessively keep it in to make sure it maximizes absorbtion). Unfortunately it does not help for depression anymore and the side effects and addiction/dependency it will create (I have been on it for about 2 months, maybe a bit more, just got up to 16mg/day, but then I was going to stabilize on the sublocade shot). I realize that since I am not getting the positives, I can't get myself deep into this strong dependancy And strong side effects, but no benefits as before. So kratom got me off last time when i was on it for 4 years. Even tapering down to 0.25mg, I still couldn't even barely move. Then I found kratom. Now kratom is much more stable and established around ~15mg mitragynine per gram for almost all kratom (give or take, and obviously there are also other psychoactive compounds within kratom plain leaf). So I want to not only wear off suboxone, use kratom to help at the end. But then also just transfer and stay on kratom as it has helped me much before. So please anyone respond or msg me private for a vendor. I know there are some sometimes within the regular vendors, but a lot of the time the price is soooo high... I can get 1 kilo for 40$ right now if normal good stuff. I just need a back up..

I got off of tramadol with kratom back in 2018. Never had a seizure because of kratom. My seizures were from tramadol use or tapering off benzos too fast

I don’t get the capsules. I get the powder. I always get 5kg at once. I parachute it lol or mix with water or make my own size 000 capsules if I need to be out
