10/10 interaction and multiple reads from this author so far, Most notable, Tranquil is open to feedback to insure customer satisfaction. Very impressed as thats a rare commodity I feel like.
The first book was lost by the librarian, so the author without hesitation provided another.
I questioned the potency on the second read, as we see has been fixed recently. After which, received yet another magazine to make sure I was satisfied with the reading material.
Transparency and integrity, along with OPSEC and Stealth are my top boxes and all were checked immediately through correspondence and how it appears to the librarian dropping books off.
Whenever i did reach out, Tranquil was right there with a solution. You can tell Tranquil is in this for the long run considering the initial first impressions hes received all around from this community and his willingness to show transparency and correct any issues.
