Im in the same boat no responce in the last 5-5 days. Ordered from them before and were supper efficient but this time not a word since the initial response

YEA he sent me Inactive product . That he said it from the 3rd party Labs . If anythjng he resend it with his Lab Product. Then now the MOQ went up . So he told me to wait for the MOQ go down so he can resend . But dunno when it will happen . If he dont solve the Problem with the MÔQ .. first sample need to be 5-10g . Second order 100moq í no problem … something is not normal here … so just stay calm evryone . I believe he can solve it out with MOQ .

What you mean he send you an inactive product? I been ordered from this guy few weeks ago , we haven't tested out the product yet but same respond that I get it from this guy : he product where sourced from the third-party.

is anyone around here who been ordered from this guy product and received the good test positive for the product?

if the product where inactive product , I consider the negative sign about the guy.

What do you mean how??? I been ordering since they initially made there presence!!! I have 3 of my own and teamed up for another?!? Seems like folks are. Now getting upset because lack of response and that tells me they are a bit late to the party, vndr was immediate to respond for months and would spend 15-20 emails to answer concerns or questions. I don't know if you insinuate that I am supporting falsely?!? What I have done and AKWAYS do is share my own personal experience and I ALWAYS AS YOU JUST POINTED OUT I ALWAYS PUT DISCLAIMERS IN "YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED BE CAREFUL" not being a jerk but did you not understand that message? I was saying vndr has only been here 6 months asking for rather large MOQ so I would always advice to be careful. In the fairness of transparency my initial few orders Prtn absolutely worked with me and greatly helped me out as I have been a positive support since day one. I haven't seen next to anything on this thread regarding drama, upset over QLTY, shady behavir..etc it's been the same two upsets MOQ TO HIGH, lack of response maybe just maybe they are SLAMMED with subscriptions and doing best they can?!?! I can't speak to that, there has been several occasions where I myself got very upset briefly because I felt I was being ignored however every time there was underlying issues I don't know about and I was promptly attended to when able I have personally been working with prtns mags and publishing....extensively have never had a literary complaint every genre has been on point, exactly what the content should be, well presented with quality binding, hardcover, stitching flawless very happy PERSONALLY with genre. It's pretty easy fix thou in my opinion if the vndr isn't responding fast enough or you don't feel service is being rendered to your level of expectations then find another vendor there is plenty of choices. Sorry all for the book I just wrote I just kind of felt a personal slight was aimed at me and felt I needed to clarify. And to the author of this reply no hard feelings and sorry if you were confused and I do want to say NOBODY SHOULD DEAL WITH ANYONE THEY DONT FEEL GOOD ABOUT our opinions should strictly be based on our experience not on pleasing vendors, hoping for favors...etc the reputation of a vendor is solely on the shoulders of said vendor. My opinion prtn has been crushing it, personally I don't agree with such a high MOQ but it's not my business my only mission is to make shit happen and by teaming up with like minded readers by the grace of God was able to do that .

That is a level of caring about customers that make me a lifetime customer.

I know the MOQ has become a problem for some people, you are putting a lot of money and faith into them. And I am just some random stranger who's opinion means nothing, but read everyone else's positive reviews as well.

In my opinion, proto is the gold standard right now, and will make things right if there is any problem

@Kannsi6699 have been tested the chemicals what he purchased for the chemicals from Proton and it shows inactive product.

Why nobody doesn't even caring about what he says?
Any results that people get positive results for the chemicals that people purchased on?

well I personally want to give a big thanks to prtn for adjusting ther MOQ as I know this has been an ongoing point of contenetion among several members being upset that the MOQ was so high, and it is not my intent to adress that I am simply saying thanks for doing thta, it makes it more achievalbe for 80% of the folks on here and as always prtn is willing to work with dbg members to ensure our needs are met..etc anwyay thanks big guy will be reaching out for my next here very soon
