Please send me an email. You may have ordered after cutoff last Wednesday, thus pushing the shipping date to Mon. I checked my emails, and don’t have anything about this, so in the future, please reach out. I’ve got pages and pages of “super fast delivery, great quality” plenty from verified vendors etc… I have no orders that took “a week to ship”, so I can’t even account for your order. It may have been one of the ones I dropped in an inactive box. The other guy emailed me and is getting a free 100mg bromaz shipped out, and now his original pack is moving, he got both! You robbed yourself of that opportunity.

For anyone requesting tracking who hasn’t gotten it, please send an email to orders@puremol.net with the initials and zip code of your shipping address. I was finalizing cleaning up my inbox of the Reddit spammers. They found out if they paid .01¢ it’ll show up to me as paid, so I had a bunch of bs orders and may have accidentally deleted legit orders.

All orders that have been paid for have been shipped on time (with a few exceptions where I dropped in an inactive box), which were reshipped today.

If you had an order that was supposed to go out today, feel free to reach out tomorrow for tracking.

I’m deciding between changing to 15ml options or changing the 10ml to a different style jar. I may also have to implement an order minimum, as I didn’t expect to blow up this quickly, and I don’t want my customer service to suffer.

TL:DR If you’re expecting an expecting a tracking/other email from me, shoot an email to orders@puremol.net with your initials and zip code.The order number takes longer to find. Feel free to make the subject “WTF ANSWER ME”

Just read all of the reviews above and you’ll see that I’ll always make sure you get taken care of. I could’ve dropped my prices, delayed shipping for about 2 weeks, and made off with a whole lot of money, but I didn’t. You’re in good hands and I’m in this for the long haul.

Shoot me another email please. I may have deleted your email thread by accident. As said before, it probably already shipped, but if not I’ll get it out ASAP+ freebies. I’ll always make sure you guys are taken care of but recently i was targeted by someone (idk if it was the Reddit people) who realized if they paid 1¢ on an invoice it’d show as paid, so I had 50+ orders I had to manually go through and see if they were real. Between fixing that bug and getting my emails cleaned up, I haven’t had much time for cs unfortunately.

Idk if I'm the other guy but I still have not received tracking and I've emailed you multiple times. I just sent you emails to both of your admin and orders emails so I guess if you respond this time you'll prove us wrong. I ordered last Tuesday.

@puremol Hey man. What's going on with orders and replies to emails? Not trying to hound you, but I placed order Friday and we communicated over the weekend, but it's Wednesday now and haven't gotten tracking or an email reply.

He explained what happened he had an incident and hes working on it. I am disappointed too. At the same time someone figured out if you send and btc at all it marks the invoice as paid so hes having to go through all the orders manually because someone made tons of orders and paid a penny for them.

That's his story at least, and hes been nothing but professional with me.

folks need to stop trippping on the tx its like watching paint dry....becasue you watch it dry does it dry faster??? I dunno just a thought why run the risk for no reward
 
Ordered friday before the fall out and it went through. First order in over 2 years, and 2 + years of nothing at all. Not familiar with the items. No communication or tracking but it was on my ID so I didn't care. Item actually shipped friday and made it Monday. Ebro liquid mag and Desalk mag. exerimented all week and just no noticable affects. I just wanted a content anti anxiety relaxation.
