Hey i received my precious canadian mags, excited to try, there was some trouble communicating but i understand as they has explained as is dealing with their own life, i was not in a hurry so it was totally fine for me, will come back to once i read the mags, i am glad i was patient
 
Hoping to hear back about a tracking next week. I about out of clam and trying to put to put a big order of bars in but I known need to be patient just not trying to run out waiting for the package
 
Ok so further updates & explanations:

Me and shipper have been completely overwhelmed with order volume. I literally can’t reply to emails some days. We had a backlog of about 30 orders. Everyone who was affected has been contacted and provided with a tracking number to show the product has now shipped.

Steps I’ve taken to resolve this:

-Addressed emails
-Hired a new shipper
-Hired new accountant
-Cleared backlog of orders and almost all emails
-Stressed out
-Got more stressed out
-Addressed emails

Give me a few more days to get back to normal please.
Bullshit. you got me for like $500 worth of mags and I've got the emails to prove it. selective scamer here. I had ordered 20 or so times until you had your "reshipper" problems. The Notorious BIG said it best
 
First of all, I just wish you peace, Rhodium. You are a lovely guy who has always, always done right by me. You’ve been around a long time, you have a great menu, and, truly, he’s a great human being. I hate seeing you stressed and unhappy. I hope that some of these changes help you. And as a reader buying magazines from you, I absolutely understand why you may be late replying to my inquiries, or forgetting them all together.

Everything I bought from Rhodium came safe, quality opsec, and the mag was great. 10/10 for this hard working man.

I know we all want our stuff. But our vendors are people. They aren’t on this planet to just serve us at will. We don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. What’s an inconvenience for us (my last order was forgotten twice and Rhodium still asked me yesterday if my stuff got to me and if I had everything I paid for), is a massive company with other people involved and anywhere down the line, something can go wrong. This gentleman is trying the best that he can to keep up with a situation that has gotten out of control because he’s been around here for so long. I’m done with the mini soapbox. My point is to show that he is clearly overwhelmed and kindness, compassion, and patience goes a long way. And he could use some of those things.

Never received a tracking number or refund, if that changes I'll update this post. Edit: I got a refund less than an hour after this post.

If you threaten or blackmail me I reserve the right to withhold my service. Is that how you do business? Feel free to do everything you threaten me in your emails. Its not the first time I’ve been threatened bucko.

Am I really going to have to add “do not initimdate, harrass or attempt to blackmail” to my T&Cs?

Never received a tracking number or refund, if that changes I'll update this post.

Back in April I placed an order with. You told me everything was good. Didn’t hear from you for about a week. Then I asked for a refund, gave you my BTC address. You told me you sent it to the wrong address. Complete bullshit. How do you send it to the wrong address? Lol then you tell me you are going to make it right. It’s been 3 months and still never heard from you. I’m not threatening you bud. I’m just speaking the truth. If you don’t want to send me my $618 back then I see what kind of man you are and everyone else should know what kind of man you are and how you do business. It’s only fair for everyone that messes with you. They should know the bullshit they are getting into before anyone ever sends you money. So do what you what man. I’m just letting everyone know what’s up with you.

Hello everyone i just wanted to say I did receive my mags that I was so excited to read. It did take alot longer than it was supposed to but the mag was top notch and over all I would say this vendor is a 9/10 just because the time problem. I really thought i w what's going to get scammed like what's happened? So many, many times before, but it didn't. Thanks Rhodium!!!
