Seen taking mgm15 daily in doses of 75-150mgs, and consuming more weekly than id even care to admit to. I honestly dont even wanna quit, but now with a ban looming on the horizon idk what my options even actually are. I get random ua's so that knocks off most of my options. Realistically im left with tianeptine, nitazenes, or maybe sr-14 (never tried this last one so idk if its even viable). Everything else is either gonna make me pop hot, or is simply too weak. Anyone have any ideas?

Dude stay away from n!taz3n3s and Sr-14, I shouldn't even have to explain why Z3n3s are a bad idea. The supply of Sr-14 that has made it to the states is from a few different sources and is wildly inconsistent as for p0t3ncy. Some people that have tried it felt nothing, others say they had "good" results and others say they felt extr3mely h!gh for nearly 48hours. And others were hospitalized with near 0verd0se results. Its not consistent enough to try and transition from mgm onto it.
The only good thing T!an3ptine has going for it for this specific situation is that Both Tia and mgm are both delta r3ceptor agonist, but Tian3ptin3 is a FULL Agonist 0pioid at Delta, mgm only partially activates the delta receptors. You think mgm WD is something serious, you do NOT what that smoke from T!a w!thdrawals. Seriously. The only thing Tia would be "good" for is extremely low dose when you are feeling insane from the delta wd from mgm. But its a terrible idea.
You need to rapid taper ,mgm is a partial agonist at mu and delta. Its VERY forgiving, unlike the others that you named. If you have the money, buy a half or full ounce of mgm. Dont be dumb with it. Get serious and taper down. And while doing so start collecting comfort meds, gabapentin or pregabalin (if thats something you wont fail a UA for) Only take them when you absolutely cant handle the wd, but keep in mind it could be MUCH worse. And you got yourself in this situation and you have to get yourself out of it. Switching to another, stronger, 0pioid is a bad idea, point blank, period.
Maybe get you some high % m!tragynin3 and supplement it as you drop milligram mgm. You're gonna feel shitty. Thats part of it , but you can do things to somewhat mitigate that feeling.

About 2/3 years ago 7oh products began appearing and it got completely out of control. I remember telling one of the owners of my regular shop that 7oh it’s not gonna end well

Ive always bought kratom from vendors online, back in tge day we would use babel fish translator to haggle with vendors on kilo prices lol.
