    Day Off. Need a day off to revamp some things around here as part of the security overhaul. Do not fear, nothing will change too drastically from your perspective, but I just need a little time to get situated.and integrate the changes into my menu etc. l'll be responding to emails and messages tonight. Thanks for your patience folks!

    Need to implement some new security precautions. Please bear with me through the headaches. I'm not a fan of implementing any more security than necessary but it has become clear I am not doing enough. I appreciate your patience.
