    Going to be trying this for the first time myself when 7 days can be put to one side. Would you bother with the gym during this period Hammerblow? Many ppl who I have spoken to have said its nigh on impossible to train when using 400mg+ I only intend to use 200mg a day for 7 days.

    Personally found aldactone quite mild from my limited experience but it is hard on the kidneys. As Hammerblow states water manipulation is probably the safest way to go unless youre looking at it for its anti androgen topical properties or for feminisation.

    Just for information 0.3mg of HGH is the equivalent of 1iu of HGH. You then need to work out the liquid of whatever you have.

I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.

I just need to get out there more and meet someone new, it’s the only piece that’s missing since I’ve managed to get it together
