    SERMS/AI DEFINITION

I know it’s a long read guys but it answers aloft if questions I get asked. It’s a point I never make clear enough. Research, research research!

    SERMS/AI DEFINITION

Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) Compounds that bind with estrogen receptors and exhibit estrogen action in some tissues and anti-estrogen action in other tissues. The ideal SERM would deliver all the benefits of estrogen without the adverse effects. ex: Clomiphene Citrate (Marketed...

    Working through an injury

I’d love to know too might do a bit of research on it. Levrone really struggled to bring his legs back although they weren’t amazing in the first place. Not world class anyway but thst first comeback Olympia was  sad to watch.  Big Jay looks fantastic a lot sorfer obviously but he’s still held...

    Working through an injury

I completely agree as you get older you have to train smarter which doesn’t mean you stop training hard. It just means back off the 300-400kg deadlifts and 1000+ kg leg press. By the time you’ve hit and maybe passed your ‘peak’ you should have developed  solid thick musculature and good...

    Water or Coke

Coconut water is a great alternative if you crave something sweet and has more nutritional value than most empty calorie drinks if you’re careful which ones you buy. It’s naturally high in potassium but does contain sugar. Some more then others so don’t be fooled by the advertising. And thank...

    Working through an injury

I’ll reiterate never ever mask an injury by using painkillers to get through a workout. The damage you could potentially cause yourself is genuinely not worth the risk. Deload have a couple of weeks off...muscle memory is a beautiful thing. But I also have no time for frilly knickers at the...

    Working through an injury

Despite careful preparation, which includes proper warm-up, and stretching as well as proper procedures following a workout; injuries do occur. As a result of the measures mentioned above most injuries are minor. Although an injury may be minor; it can still cause a great deal of discomfort and...

    Water or Coke

That’s good to hear but drinking soda every now and then isn’t a bad thing. Moderation is as always the key to everything. A gallon a day is spot on. Water intake can vary so much person to person depending on activity levels, I can drink up to two gallons but my output at times can be extremely...

Putting it all together - HGH + IGF-1 + Slin

To clarify what Trin was meaning it has a terminal half life of 4.5hrs so you would require to split it into 3 doses per day at a total of 25mg per day. Once per day would cause your GH levels to dramatically spike and cause some avoidable sides. But if you can’t handle some side effects you...

Putting it all together - HGH + IGF-1 + Slin

It’s works imo but you need a lot for it too and it’s hard to get legit tb500 (again snake oil)  run it for a minimum of 4 months the first two 10mg a week (I split into two shots) then dropped it down to 5mg for a maintenance dose for the last two. I had serve elbow tendinitis and it cleared it...

    What is your lagging bodypart

Calves = genetics. It’s my belief and I’m sticking to it! Tom Platz was the old school god of legs it’s just a shame he couldn’t ever get his upper body in proportion. His legs completely over dominated his physique his upper body was average at best.

    What is your lagging bodypart

Don’t get me started in my calves mate, I’ve tried everything but same problem. Limb length another problem (long torso huge wingspan)  I’ve eventually turned into an advantage but it ain’t easy competing against guys 5/6 inches shorter than you..midget bodybuilders.

This is just going to be the guiding principles when setting up your own routine. I am not going to be outlining specific exercises/sets/reps etc. but the basics...
