Welcome @Luis! All you have to do is look around the vendor sections you habe access to, contact them and take it from there, it's that simple. Their contact details are nearly always in the first post. If you read the last 5-10 pages of a vendor thread you will get an idea of how they are doing...

Don't beat yourself up too much. The fact that you are here on the forum means you have access to proper reliable vendors. This mob are in the blacklist for previous indiscretions and there's no way they will get out of it. But have a look at the international list and a small donation gives you...

For future reference everyone, there's a space to write a note during the transaction, putting your username there helps enormously. It also saves posting, "I've paid" and then going through transaction ID'S. Ypu are looking good for Opal @cjrnate! Thank you!

I'd advise you to set up a free wallet, like electrum, transfer from coinbase to that, THEN make a payment to vendors or DBG even. Coinbase can be picky about certain transactions. Thank you for donating though!  That's you an emerald sponsor.

I want to see posts back on topic, I've said already this happens from time to time and is normal! Reviews and direct questions only. 

As said, I wouldn't worry too much, this isn't unusual.

The second or even third page of Google is where I found this place. I still wasn't sure it was real until I received my first order from a now defunct vendor (though they were very good at the time). So many changes since then and the place has went from strength to strength. 

Spot on @gregf72, it's important to habe a backup to your backup also, and an emergency stash kept by if possible. Not everyone can do so of course. 

You're not thick, it's just that far diwn the homepage you wouldn't notice it. It should be at the very bottom, where it says, forum design by such and such etc. It's actually an email. 

Admin has put a few useful links up, you could try paxful for instance. You can certainly get bitcoin down under. 

Please no more, "I'm still awaiting delivery" posts. Just post dates with your review on receipt, contact the vendor if you think it's taking longer than you expect.
