    Kratom to oxy conversion

@Michael Percson I don't have that particular experience, but pharmacology is part of my job so I have an educated guess. 7-hydr0x.ymitr.agyn.lne (which is the active metabolite of m.itra.g.ynine, the active alkaloid in kr@t0m) has a very high affinity for the mu opi0id receptor, much higher...

@downhomeguy Welp... I'm never buying f3ntanyl-level shit now, the posibility of harming a dog messes me up too much. Shit lol

    Anyone used home-chemistry.com yet?

@1rocketcycle I just wanna say, having banned ch3ms on the site is not necesarily a sign the site is a scam. Some don't delete anything, they simply add to the product list.I think it could be a tactic to avoid the authorithies since if they look scam-ish they're less likely to be investigated.

Abuser of benzos for 10 years

@Ayyy7393 V@lium is looked down upon sometimes but in reality it is one of the fastest acting benzos, there's a reason why so many people have gotten hooked on it.

Abuser of benzos for 10 years

@Rec If you're talking about a long term dependency, all highly potent and/or short lasting b3enzos are the enemy. Pretty much all RC b3nzos are terrible when it comes to addiction, and the big issue with taking fakes is that you don't know the actual dosage or even what b3nzo you're taking, so...

    Hardest Addiction

@Handsley Kindling is a model used for epilepsy. The simple version is that the more seizures a person has the longer lasting and more frequent the next seizure becomes. This model also applies for mania (in bipolars) and benz0 withdrawal. Every time you go cold turkey you're at most risk of...

    Hardest Addiction

It's not only about what you you're taking tho, I remember a girl who was IVing 1200-1600 mg of 0xy every day, If you reach a point like that, I don't think it really matters what you're on. I've grone from m0rph 60-120 mg IV a day to nothing (I got no physical symptoms, but I cried non-stop...

    Kratom potentiators?

@Rustytrombone87 I've heard it can be like that for other people, I've always found it so light (tr@m@dol is a lot stronger for example) that I never thought of using it often, I only bought it twice and got bored of it. Probably a metabolism thing.

    GDAs and insulin sensitivity

@Ayyy7393 I don't know if we can post links so I'll copy paste the list of affected drugs. Most of these will be metabolized more slowly, making them prone to accumulation, which is very dangerous in some cases. A minority need to be metabolized to be activated so they will have a lesser effect...

    GDAs and insulin sensitivity

@Ayyy7393 All I know about them is that if you're going to take berberine you have to be careful since it inhibits CYP2D6 and CYP3A4 so you shouldn't take it with most... fun stuff. And also antidepressants, beta-blockers, I would just avoid that one.

Have the choice of j&j , moderna, phizer ...

@Ayyy7393 Nah, at most you might need some tylenol for the next day or two. Most likely scenario, no reaction. And also, with Pfizer most of the reactions happened after the second shot, the first shot tends to be uneventful.

    8MG Kl0nopon taper

@Bren45 That's great! And in my experience and according to my doctor, that last couple of mg are the worst. But 2mg is not a crazy dose and if it helps you function, awesome. There's some odd about cl0nazepam, because the effects take longer to hit compared to x@nax, @tivan or v@lium people can...

Have the choice of j&j , moderna, phizer ...

@Ayyy7393 I got what was available, CoronaVac from sinovac, many people in my country got that one, the rest got either Pfizer or AstraZeneca. I know the Pfizer one has a little bit more side effects compared to Moderna or J&J but still we're talking about a day or two with muscle soreness...

First line of defense for panic disorders

@Ayyy7393 There are pleny of others that do, in different degrees tho, but you don't necessarily want the one that crosses the BBB the most since those one, like pr0pranolol tend to have the most side effects.  Also it's not selective for beta-1.

First line of defense for panic disorders

@Ayyy7393 Did the pr0pranolol work? You could try metoprol0l, pretty much same as propranolol but fewer side effects. I prefer preg@balin to g@bapentin because g@bapentin has the issues that the bioavailability goes down as the dosage increases. And a shorter half-life. I don't know much...

Is living with a benzo habit outweigh the anxiety?

@Kooter Antidepressants in general are the recomended longterm treatment. The thing with SSRIs is that because of negative feedback sometimes they backfire and cause anxiety, you have to find what works for you. I tried over 30 medications for my bipolar disorder, it's a slow process. I know a...

    SNRI while on Vy3n$3

@Ayyy7393 I take 70 mg vyv@nse and 450 mg venlafax1ne (Used to be 600) and everything's fine. It may feel a little more stimulating than just vyv@nse but that's about it.

  3. ClintEastwood @ ClintEastwood: Robert Duvall and a handful of others were a younger actors coach and always said no one worked as hard as those guys did. Robert Duvall and rest would read the full script 228 over and over, then after the last read they would go into how to perform their character. The young man had made it to meet Al who are greats and pull them to the side. And explain what his coach said. They all looked back and said out of every role you’ve seen me in. I have read it 228 by myself. 🫡 🫢 🫢 🫢

  9. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I always thought I should’ve been born in a much earlier time but I will say, i do enjoy my Xbox and occasional TV series tho 😂
  10. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I just wish the opioid epidemic never happened. Fk the turn of the century (which would be cool no doubt)! Many of my friends and family would’ve ended up in asylums like so many others. I just wish I could get back all those I’ve lost since the start
  11. L @ Layne_Cobain: 1914 I meant
  12. L @ Layne_Cobain: I often wish I lived during the turn of the century or at least before the Harrison narcotics act or whatever I think it was 1924 the fun ended but anyway yeh being able to get laudanum, ❄️ and amphetamine at the local friendly pharmacy
  13. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Chew on the leaves with a bit of slaked lime and enjoy the mild boost you get from the raw base.
  14. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I’m sure you know the folks in the mountainous regions along South Americas pacific side buy cócà leaves at the local farmers market just to help acclimate to the higher elevation when they have to head up into the hills.
  15. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I would certainly have bought it, swilled it, enjoyed it…. Why not? A little boost in your juice isn’t going to hurt anyone.
  16. R @ Royboy99: Exports were reported to have around 7.2mg per FL OZ, it’s success is what actually led to Coca Cola
  17. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: Having cramps and husband thinks you’re acting hysterical (ie. PMS) the doc would either perform a certain massage to relieve the strains of motherhood and family life of that time or send you down to the local apothecary for a bottle of laudanum… A tincture of alcohol and 10% òpìųm. Fun days huh?
  18. R @ Royboy99: @malestrom: yeah thats it, my bad Mariani, yeah i considered that and also its ROA, which was oral so the bioavailability was lower than insufflation, higher degree of purity tho and longer duration … there was a significant marked increase of patents filed by Edison during the time it was released in the US. Presidents were known to use it as well, and the Queen. The pope awarded the wine the Vatican gold medal award
  19. Maelstrom @ Maelstrom: I think it was called vin Mariani. But yeah, it was all the rave back in the turn to the 20th century. Original formula Coca Cola did it for a while too. I think it was pretty weak though. Something like 200 mg per liter of wine. Enough to maybe give you a little push but unless you could pound some serious alcohol, it’d be hard to really feel the effects before the ethyl knocked you down on the ground. It was an interesting time period. Laudanum was a “hysterical” woman’s best friend.
  20. R @ Royboy99: Maybe it’s the admixture of my South American dna that works so well with it ? 🤷
