I called fedex bc they can track a package even if you don't have a tacking #. I just gave them my address and they stated "there is no record of anything here"....I ordered 6 days ago.

so, it has been awhile now with no contact from them. I'm considering a charge back to my CC. Thought these guys would be awesome after hearing all these positive post about 2 day shipment times. Sounds like BS to me. Thank god for Visa.

Did you ever get a confirmation email?

I placed an order yesterday 5/29. I have yet to receive a confirmation e-mail. How long does it normally take them to confirm my order? Also my cc was charged and accepted within seconds of the transaction but, no e-mail. Is this normal?
