You know the funny shit is the reship pack has made it to stateside and the “second” pack I ordered isn’t even here. USPs is so weird!  The pack sent on 29th isn’t even here, and the one sent on oct 6 has made it to iSO... 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

2# chicken thighs 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers (pureed) 2 tea garlic powder 1tbl salt mix ingredients and slow cook in crockpot for 2 hours or until tender and shreds apart.  Serve on hard or soft shells (preferably soft masa corn tortillas) with your favorite toppings and or side dishes!

2# tomatillo 1 large white onion quartered  6 each jalapeños halved toss all in olive oil and roast at 500 for 10 min. cool and purée in blender or juicer until smooth add juice of two limes, salt to taste add fresh jalapeños before blending for extra spice(or habaneros😊)

Marinate in olive oil, chopped fresh thyme, rosemary, and parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, Hungarian paprika, salt and pepper(fresh cracked if you have). Bake at 375 25-30 minutes😊
