I would say at least 99% are all scams. If you don't do extensive research you will never find a legit place. Fortunately I come across here with that research a long time ago and have never been got (knock on wood)

CIM is the best way to go imo. I mean you're literally in a database when you do MG/WU etc. Yea it's a risk, but if you have a good relationship with your vendor it can easily be solved even if something did go wrong.
