    I've had at least 5 over the last 15 years I've ordered from IOP's. Argentina was the culprit for 3 of them, won't order from there again. I'm sure my postman thinks I'm a complete junkie since some packages have rattled like crazy!

    I don't feel bad about not telling my doctor either. He won't give me any benzos despite a long history of chronic anxiety and I'm not about to go doctor shopping. I keep my tolerance to a minimum and use them responsibly.

    I'm trying to lose 30lbs of baby weight, using a low carb diet and exercise. To help curb my appetite and take away chronic back pain, I take one tramadol a day. Down 12 pounds so far.
