    C@dein getting lackluster

You've been very helpful @Smoka90, and you and @Nikolas seem very knowlegable about benzos which i'm gonna respond to tomorrow, but i'm headed for bed right now. For the last couple of days, after i got my para-free c0de1ne, my pain has been quite tolerable. Hope that continues. One strange...

    relative strengtgh of benzos

Really what i'm after is something that reduces anxiety as much as possible without too many drawbacks. I've just read that Mid@z is very potent, but have no experience with that myself. Short-acting isn't important to me. In fact longer acting is a plus, as when i need to be social for longer...

    Best Ever Album?

And then there is Emmylou Harris. She has produced incredible music for over four decades. She performed on what i think is the greatest concert movie ever made, The Last Waltz, by Martin Scorsese. I recommend checking out everything she's ever made tho. Also look at the album she made with...

    Best Ever Album?

Not quite done with folk yet. have this post and i believe one more before i'll turn my attention to other genres. This one is about Steve Martin (yes the comedian, if you weren't aware he plays folk music). First of is something from the seventies.

Congratulations to our UK cousins on Brexit!

Us norwegians never joined the EU and we're doing very well (partly because of the oil), but i have this feeling that we never joined is because we're to the left, politically, of the EU, while the reason Britain left is that they're to the right of the EU.

    Post your favorite pet pic?

So here are my pets: First Ask, he's appropriately named Ask as he's a Norwegian Forest Cat and Ask and Embla were the two first humans in Norse Mythology. Secondly, Ramses, equally appropriately named as he's an Abyssinian, who are originally from Egypt. First recognized cat race in fact...

I will never have 2016 instagram eyebrows :(

It feels a little bit strange to be posting several times in this thread on eyebrows as i'm male and macho-culture tells us not to seem interested in these kinds of things (imo machismo is the opposite of intelligence. Masculine is fine. There's a distinction). Maybe i have a fetish for eyebrows...

Celebrity Death that Affected You the Most?

@runnerlk I could be wrong, but as far as i know no edition lists Her Majesty. My three different editions don't at least. Correct me if some do

    Why we get sick

There is an amazing book by Randolph M. Nesse, a physician and evolutionary biologist that may be of interest to many people on this forum. It's called Why We Get Sick (which may be a bit unfortunate, as i understand, in britain, sick usually refers to nauseous. Why we get ill, may be better in...

    Best Ever Album?

Don't live in the uk so i don't know about this trend. I do feel you're committing heresy when it comes to Beatles ;)  Seriously, tho i love Beatles, i'm very open to people having different tastes. Depeche Mode being sullied is blasphemy tho. I was considering putting up some of their albums...

    C@dein getting lackluster

Thanks to @PTFC, @Smoka90 and @Nikolas for great advice. I have an attending physician, i believe you call it in the states, of social medicine whose area of expertise (apart from social medicine) is alcohol addiction and she's told me from my liver tests that while my liver isn't in critical...

    Ylvis, but not The Fox

Thanks for the, um... thanks, Dippy. Btw i've noticed it before and i really see it in your answer here, you're really good at expressing yourself. You have an excellent command of the English language. And since you mentioned american sex-ed and @Heavenlee mentioned she liked my trivia, here's...

    Best Ever Album?

At the insistence of @Heavenlee i'll add some more stuff here and also add some facts about the music i post (i enjoy talking about and sharing music myself too tho). American Folk music is an endless source of great music, but there aren't that many that write new songs. Most just make their...

    Best Ever Album?

The album this is from is called Amassakoul and since this thread was originally about albums and not individual songs i'd like to add that Amassakoul is one of my favourite albums. So is their second album Aman Iman: Water is Life. You mentioned Robert Plant and Thom Yorke. They've performed...

    Best Ever Album?

Ok. Since you mention new exploring new genres, and that i should keep posting, i'm gonna hit you with something from the more obscure kinda music i listen to. I realize this may not be for everyone and i really won't take any offence if people don't like it. It's a song from a band called...

    Bitcoin Suppliers

Whoa! received my bitcoin. There was some trouble with my bank for some reason and i was super-nervous since the money was gone from my account and i didn't have the bitcoin yet, and a whole bitcoin is quite expensive. Now i'm super-relieved tho! :D :D :D

    C@dein getting lackluster

As i said my doctor is very weird. He's very restrictive with pain meds, but he hands out benzos like candy. last time i asked for z0p1 he gave me 200 7,5 mg, and anytime i need V@l1um all i have to do is call his nurse and then he send a prescription to my pharmacy for 50 of them. I suspect he...

    C@dein getting lackluster

Jo takk PTFC. I agree it would be best if cody suffices. Hope i get enough of it from my doctor. he gave me 2500 mg for the time being. Ofc in the case of cody i always have the option to get it from a certain vendor. That it hasn't got paracetamol is very important for me as i have mentioned in...

  1. xenxra @ xenxra: @WTF7218 it may as well be that way with how little effort some of the people on here make to find information that's exactly where you would expect it to be.
  2. ontovzik @ ontovzik: When I had long term shingles, lasting two months. All he could give me was a 10 day supply of dilaudid. He looked at the ground while we were talking about it. I could tell he was ashamed but it was the legislature and the governor that tied his hands. He was very upset that non-medical political people, the media, and the scared public were controlling how he treated his patients. Someday those people will need meds and a hospital bed and they will be gone.
  3. ontovzik @ ontovzik: I had a great doctor, he had the true gift of a healer and he stayed on top of all the science. He straight up told me that for many people opiods work for managing short and long term pain.
  4. ontovzik @ ontovzik: He peed it in the snow in my backyard.
  5. WTF7218 @ WTF7218: @xenxra 😆😂. Yes, but only a few brave souls will ever find the number. You must first order a Dirty Shirley from the bartender. Then you must discreetly take the cocktail napkin from under your drink and unfold it. There you will find the map to the location of the phone number, and clues to decipher the code that it is written in.
  6. xenxra @ xenxra: he left his phone number scribbled in a stall at the pub three blocks down
  7. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar I would try one of those easy online ones .. reddit gives useful info about that
  8. Alkazar @ Alkazar: @NYStateofMind I dont really have a history of abusing things, my docotr is just really stingy. I am thinking of switching.

  14. N @ NYStateofMind: I didnt really tell him but he knew I needed a new script since my dr went to jail
  15. N @ NYStateofMind: @xenxra I was on Adderall since 15 years ago so my dr prescribed that w no problems and then when I lost my best friend my doctor rxed the valiums but
  16. C @ Cheesus: Temp.pm down for anyone else?
  17. xenxra @ xenxra: @NYStateofMind my doctor's have always been pretty open minded if i can actually come in and explain the pharmacological action of the drugs im seeking instead of just telling them why i think i should be prescribed. the only time it didn't work out for me is when i was trying pharmaceuticals for depression ten years ago and suggested they let me try testosterone instead (turns out i was hypogonadal so they made a mistake denying my request at face value)
  18. T @ Testisthebest: Even down here in Florida when the pill mill docs all switched over to Suboxone and/or retired you can still find some pretty liberal docs but you gotta know what to look for. Mine does "pain management, detox, anxiety, etc. And no insurance. My doc writes me 60 5mg Valium, 14 2mg Xanax and asked if I had ever tried adderal to get more focus at work as I told him I run my own business.
  19. N @ NYStateofMind: @Alkazar do they know your history? Like I dont tell my doctor anything about myself except what they need to know,...I was able to get my dr to rx the highest dose of adderall along with valiums ..... if they dont know your history or there is no history I would just come out and ask what is the reason for their mistreatment.... they have no problem billing your insurance or taking a payment for the visit
