    Probably using a legitimate online pharmacies in the usa or canada that make you send them your actual prescription theyd probably want a copy  of it or picture of the slip for the drugs thats why you see some sites have everything you need but you need a a real prescription signed by a real doc...

These tariffs/supply chain issues are causing them not to receive product due to seizure/denial. At a certain point they gotta get there money somewhere. Just be careful who you buy from y'all
