    Fixing digestion low appetite

Definitely a fruit and veggie smoothie in a high-powered blender. Flaxseed, chia seed, turmeric powder, ginger powder, amla powder for good measure and plenty healing. All blended to fine particles to soothe, heal and feed the gut lining, not to mention feed the good gut flora (even more healing...

    PH balance

Plants win again...alkaline. Most will reference spicy foods for GERD, but might be surprised fatty foods are most associated with GERD; fiber-rich fods, the least. Fat is most abundant in animal products (meat, shell/fish, dairy, eggs), whereas only plants provide fiber. That said, nothing...

It seems something is going on with Canadian vendors right now

What's Canada looking for? I have a Canadian partner... This isn't the first thread with complaints about Canada, but maybe we can make it the last. So what all does Canada want?

    NAC banned

@Ayyy7393 that would mean L-cysteine, an amino acid, is somehow adulterated. fool's pride.

    NAC banned

Take L-cysteine. At least one way NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine) functions is as a prodrug to L-cysteine. To optimize, add glycine.

    Nutrition tip

Even better, beans/lentils or quinoa, or beans/lentils with quinoa. Heavy dose of fiber with heavy dose of protein. Insulin resistance will be the least of one's worries. Top of the list will be where the restrooms are located... :excl2:

Intro to bitcoin and wallets walkthrough

Transaction ID can be plugged in on block explorer and details of transaction seen. If you said you sent it and have the transaction ID, they can find it. In Electrum, you can right-click on any trx and get/copy the trx ID or view it on block explorer.

    NEED some advice!

Only you should know about the transaction such that if you link it on the block explorer to admin or staff, then it's most likely yours. Think about the odds of finding a transaction to a specific wallet that you could claim as yours to admin/staff to fool them - and one that no one else claims...

PLEASE HELP! I have like 450 bucks I sent to a vendor, it is stuck in blockchain!

exchange > personal wallet > anon wallet > destination exchange > btc-xmr (or other crypto to xmr) converter > anon wallet [preferably xmr, but could convert back to btc or other) > destination (xmr breaks the link since it hides addresses and trx amounts)

    Detox

This is for a home/POC test in the US? That is news indeed. I've known people to not even test positive for flualp even though one would expect crosslinking with tests for alp, though advice is still to avoid analogs of marketed benzos (which for the US excludes etiz). But if test makers are now...

PLEASE HELP! I have like 450 bucks I sent to a vendor, it is stuck in blockchain!

The issue with the cancellation option is that it's still a transaction (either through RBF or double-spend method, you're increasing the mining fee and redirecting the money to yourself), so you may be right back to where you started if the transaction fee is still too low and miners don't pick...

PLEASE HELP! I have like 450 bucks I sent to a vendor, it is stuck in blockchain!

It definitely won't vanish. If enough time goes by and it isn't picked up in a block, it will be cleared/forgotten, which means it becomes available in your wallet again. Try entering the transaction ID into bitaccelerate.com and acceleratebtc.com to have the transaction broadcasted to more...

    Steroids for cutting?

SERM...selective estrogen receptor modulator But @Ayyy7393 is correct: start by reducing fat in the diet because that's the easiest way to "burn" fat - don't take it in in the first place. Largest sources of fat in western diet/standard American diet (SAD): meat, dairy, eggs, fish, oil. I...

Yea, Lucy ain't that hard to find. Not that she's out there like that. Like Smokey Robinson sang, "she's not a bad girl because she made me see how love could be, but she's a bad girl because she wants to be free." :461_microphone:

Does anyone here have an addiction and doesn't smoke cigarettes?

I've taken to telling folks to roll the dice on the fettys or dirties. They're here and not going anywhere, while the DEA makes the pharma stuff more scarce, so might as well get used to it. And if the seller is honest, they're dirt cheap compared to the real, so savings in it as well. With...

Does anyone here have an addiction and doesn't smoke cigarettes?

You may be all happy to know that few of you actually have an addiction. A dependence perhaps, but not an addiction. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/writing-integrity/202003/drug-addiction-vs-drug-dependence

  12. LW815 @ LW815: Know what’s really going on in somebody else’s head or how much they’re really dealing with and feel like they’re left with no other options. Been a very sad few days but 2 complete (irl anyway) strangers cared enough about what I was going through to talk to me about it, though they owe me nothing and have no reason to help my personal pain other than the kindness in their own hearts. Just shows that this place is a real community, not just a forum of people who only care about themselves.
  13. LW815 @ LW815: Was nodding in/out the entire time writing those shouts and spparently was fully out sending the last one lol. But II find it ‘uplifting’ as two people I’ve never actually met and only know the others online presence through subscriptions, who I have a better chance of getting a handy J from Jesus Christ himself, both were so quick to share their own experience and wise words and assurances that things will look up and not to feel guilty or be mad at somebody for going that route - as you never
  14. xenxra @ xenxra: @hotdog45 meh, same difference. they both got blacklisted on here. wouldn't be the first time a rogue shop sent out unsolicited comms after the fact.

  17. LW815 @ LW815: Sent a simple conf email and I just dropped a ball on them. 18. LW815 @ LW815: They didn’t need to. They could have just continued on with the nature or the main purpose of what the relationship between us is, I didn’t really have anybody else to let it out to at the time and they both went far beyond what I’d expect. Not that I’d assumed they’re cold/A-holes - it was just a lot from somebody who’s technically a competent stranger. A very close friend of mine committed suicide on Father’s Day and iwas emotionally wrecked witih nobody to talk to, and the first author just
  19. LW815 @ LW815: @Mokachin0 not really uplifting in the normal sense, but two popular authors on here took the time out of their likely very busy days to not only read my massive walls of text, but both also replied with the most kind, thoughtful and positive responses when I randomly dumped my personal problems into their laps
