Hey all. I suffered from migraines for years and years. They put me through the paces with all kinds of drugs. Not much helped. When I started adding magnesium supplements to my daily routine, they magically got better. I haven't had a migraine since I started taking them about 6 or 7 months...

The scary thing is, that's all most of us know each other from. Our posts. It kinda freaks me out if I sit and think about who could be behind any one of you. I want to think y'all are decent people, but truth is, not everyone is. Reality check, no?

Maybe, if they were an artist. But no, that didn't even cross my mind. And we've got lots of original art around here. If I'm not gonna grab it, maybe I should at least insure it.

Anyone watching tonight? I am and I can't help but feel disappointed. The sound seems to be off and the performances are lackluster. I always watch the GRAMMYs and normally enjoy the show. I'm hoping it will get better. So is it me, or have you seen better years of GRAMMY performances?
