I noticed too that I felt very out of it for about the first 4 hours of the day after taking it at 930 in the evening.  I dont think my body tolerates antihistamines too well and this one is particularly strong.   I think I will use sparingly as I dont like how it makes me feel.

I took one last night and it pretty much put me to sleep.  It definitely made me drowsy and I was not awake long enough to be anxious!

@JillyQM   I have some in the medicine cabinet.  I will take one tonight and let you know my findings.  Its an antihistamine which should make you drowsy so I am not sure what the affects are in regards to anxiety.    I will let you know!

I would think if she did that she would be fired immediately.  It is against the law to open someone else's mail regardless of where you work, shop or play.  She could get into a lot of trouble should she decide to tamper with your mail.    If I am not mistaken, it is a Federal Crime.   Hell...
