    Ok sorry for the delay. He recommends using Purpose liquid soap mixed. 50/50 with Betadine as a face wash. Then once a week use the Betadine straight as a treatment (leave on. 10 or so mins) as far as the shaving goes - shave downwards - it's not about removing the hair as much as it is...
