if you didn't leave your # for that special agent to call you back ,probably your funds got denied/flagged while in transfer and the agent would not have known that  and THE AGENT(THE ACTUAL COMPANY) prob was unable to contact you to notify you, now if it still shows FUNDS AVAIL FOR PICK UP...
