I've never had this prob before. Is there a chance that the letters are ok, and the issue is that the TNs are just not updating for some reason? Has that ever happened to anyone?

I also heard the same thing from about the shipper. I specifically asked if he let my eagle fly and he said yes.

At least in my experience, A is responsive to email on weekends, but his business is not necessarily "active".  He said he's actually looking into hiring a weekend shipper, but that it's just in the idea stage at this point.  The guys honesty and transparency in communication is why I like him...
