I think hackers may control this email. They were very pleasant when I asked for a reship, but the minute I sent the funds, all of my emails to the address were undeliverable. Seems very fishy to me. Given the complete lack of communication, I think the whole site has been hacked and taken over.

Thank god I found this thread. I almost fell for it. Very high-quality website and all. You know, that actually probably should've tipped me off. . . No idea how they got my email, by the way. Very unusual.

There's a recent thread on this topic that seems to have come to the conclusion that their business practices are shady/scammy now. I'd at least hold off ordering for a little while probably.

Update: no response to any of my emails regarding the refund they offered me. I sent them an email from another address requesting assistance placing a "bulk order". They got back to me within a day. At least they were kind enough to let this sap know that verification would be required to...

It's probably very difficult, and I don't know why you would want to. They are easily one of the most expensive vendors (if you could call them that) on the market. What are you trying to procure through them? I'm sure you can find a better vendor here.
