Hi Suzie, I had good luck with amazon on most things but most of the sellers do Not post a photo of the BACK of the bottle so I can't tell if is the CD version or the GR version. The CD one best with less alcohol, etc.

I use Natrol brand biotin, 5000mg, a strawberry instant dissolve tablet. started it 3 months ago, I noticed thickness improving in about 4 weeks. Biotin was painless and fairly inexpensive at amazon.com. I heard Costco sells it also. No nausea or heart burn from it and it tastes delicious.

Buyer you are correct - only tagamet does it. Tagamet is expensive here in united States, but some drugstores have the generic cimetidine (very few!!) . Walmart is one.
