@Bubba where did Max contact you from?  I was sure I had all of his lines.  You really should share that info.

I had successful orders through ploop, but even if he came back it would take him sending ahead of payment for me to get back on board and it would always be small.

He was blacklisted because he fucked around with a good number of orders, baited people and then bounced. I wouldn't trust him with another order.

There are more than a few redelivery services that exist in the United States that are reputable and easily found.  Usually the pretext for all of this is that it's protecting the receiver's privacy. I would suggest if you need an international to domestic reshipper to use Google.
