From my experience, this is, unfortunately, part of your permanent health record. You might be able to lose it if the two doctors don't reconcile their health records and you don't give that information to the new doctor.
Schedule II meds are the most restricted in the US, as they have identified medical use, but have been identified to have the highest abuse potential. These are generally things like opiates, stimulants, depressants, etc.

Amp s4lts are definitely efficient in appetite suppression but tolerance builds pretty quickly. After a short time of consistent use, might find that suppression kind of wanes. I hear supplementing with magnesium may help with tolerance issues.
