    they always say processing, even after it is shipped and delivered. I have orders from the past two years that still say "processing". So no need to worry about that. i hope they respond soon.

    well usually they have fulfillment centers in the US, so it should only take a week or two. There might be some logistics problems? Have they responded to you? I had one order that never showed. After about a month i wrote to them, and they resent it, and it came in a week. So i really like...
