He always gets back. My experience is am as well. Depending on your time zone that could be noon or later. But on the dot he does.  IMO his Co. Takes weekends off but will re communicate when doors open.

I do want to chime in . He will get back. From my experience he is very active during business hours if it's the weekend or evening it maybe a half day to here but once your order is started he will not let u down.  And keep u updated!
