I had the same problem. Doc had to use another email to message me because my email account was blocking his address.  Couldn't receive new password. He said to start using gmail, so I picked another company instead.    Never had an account blocked for other places who use the same email...

How long were you on that dose for?  Was it a 5/10ml mdone for  1ml mixture or tabs?  If it's 1ml for 1ml that's  of juice to drink.   The taper must of took a while,
