Yes, tolerance can build up quickly, but I alternate with PKs sometimes during the day instead of specifically combining them. I have found that adding 60mgs of regular (NOT instant release) pseudoephidrine to 175mgs of sewmuh can make it feel more like 350mgs and combats afternoon drowsiness...

Hi, I used sewmah for over 12 years now. I believe it is def the best of its class of meds. IMHO, I think its best on a lightly filled stomach. please be VERY careful as it hits QUICKLY, I can usually expect to feel tight muscles start to relax within 7 minutes even now after 12+ years.

I had some generic Aleve (naproxen) so I tried taking ONE ahead of time before hydro, and I did indeed feel the effects more. However, I only take 5mgs of hydro so I'm sensitive still to small differences. My guess is that combining these would be harder on the liver so I will only do it...
