Yes, they can tell the difference. You could claim adderall caused a false positive, but then they would use gas-chromatography and confirm it was meth.

There is a vendor listed here that sells it, but its very potent and not that euphoric. If you are trying to breakthrough subs or something, i'm sure it's nice, but otherwise I would just stick to whatever other choices you have.
