@vs322 shopping off of the blacklist is an interesting approach.  I personally wouldn't recommend it,  especially since we have knowledge of reputable vendors.   However most of us love science and experimentation (as well as vendor diversification) Please let me know how Purple Ghost works...

On a quick glance that subreddit is a fucking shit show. Sooo glad I'm a member here. I remember the days of trying to sort through all of that bullshit only to be scammed.  I learned what not to do in the RC scene. 

I mean the member @RcChemTech is the one saying RcChemTech is legit. I mean at least use a throwaway acct to shill.

I was referring to this post. I wouldn't speculate on vendors. It doesn't help the community.  If you KNOW a vendor is legit or scam from past experience,  that helps. I just mean saying someone "seems legit" could set someone up for failure. 

@tellme so you're necrobumping AND suggesting vendors you cant verify and "seem" legit?

I received these phishing emails this week too. My protonmail has only been used on android.  

I saw these guys hawking all over a far less legitimate forum. If they made the scam list of a scammy RC forum, I'd pass. Everytime. My opinion is donate here once, and stop donating to the scams.

Man this post is like click bait. Being in the approved vendors section.  Its been a bit since I've had these 2 in my lab. 

I have 3 emails in my proton inbox claiming to be dragonEric... smh

My recommendation is to donate once to the community. It's far better than donating to any scammers
