Just had a very similar experience except he did refund me so hopefully he makes good with you. In my case he said things 'slipped through the cracks' and nothing was actually shipped. Blaming a 'shipper' isnt the best approach tho like who's in charge here

ideally vendors should confirm the authenticity of their products before they start selling it for the peace of mind of all involved.
