You’re spot on U5P$ - their service and reliability has decreased drastically, and they almost never honor lost package claims. I imagine it’s even more frustrating for a vendor than it is for the customer.

I tried Delta after he said it’s what he prefers, but didn’t get a response. He got back to me right away on proton, so maybe he’s still in the process of switching over.
