Sounds like hes charging people for drop shipping from eu/china under the guise of being domestic and charging for "express" shipping. I would avoid him like the plague. 

This is ridiculous, the two vendors have nothing to do with each other.

They dont have nep, doesnt even sound like he knows wtf he has, its irresponsible to sell unknown substances but i guess he did issue a disclaimer "buy at your own risk" protip: stay away from this vendor

Iirc they were drop shippers with quite a few scam reports, havent heard their name in months, i didnt even know they were still active...

They are been "private" for months, if your willing to give up security/opsec to buy over priced pellets, than sure...sign up, take a picture of your id and credit card and hope they dont do anything nefarious with that information....

Im sure there are but are you willing to bet your money on which ones are legit? I say Stick with the large estabished chinese vendors with reviews.

Seeing as cbd doesnt get you high and there is no profit in your customer base dropping dead, i would say this in not intentional, probably a result of cross contamination. China produces most of these shitty carts and they also produce noids, some probably in the same facility.
