Last resort domestic vendor IMHO.  I got some dicliz crystally powder from them a while ago but only barely touched it, I think it was legit though.  Expensive but seems legit, in my only experience with them...but a cheaper way would be to donate and see some better vendors :)

Most domestic vendors don't provide tracking anymore unless it doesn't land.  Just better opsec that way.

Yeah I think they are, I have a pack that is overdue and the whole going out of business deals is a classic exit scam.

I don't want to be the guy to say it, but if it looks too good to be true, it most likely isn't true.  There are new members popping up like crazy in the RC section here and it is hard to say who is legit, how many puppet/shadow accounts are out there "vouching" for new vendors and scammers in...
